Workshop Delivery Model

Flexible learning formats built around your audience, schedule, and learning goals.
Every organisation learns differently. Some teams need a short executive briefing. Others need a deeper workshop with practical examples, discussion, and internal use-case mapping.
RMBT Work offers flexible delivery formats so the session matches the audience instead of forcing everyone into the same structure.
Delivery Formats

Executive Briefing

  • Duration: 90 minutes to 2 hours
  • Best For: Senior leadership, board members, decision makers
  • What It Covers: A concise, high-level briefing on blockchain, stablecoins, CBDCs, digital assets, tokenisation, and key FinTech trends.

Half-Day Workshop

  • Duration: 3 to 4 hours
  • Best For: Government teams, banks, fintech teams, corporate departments
  • What It Covers: A focused learning session covering fundamentals, terminology, use cases, risks, and institutional implications.

Full-Day Workshop

  • Duration: 6 to 7 hours
  • Best For: Teams needing deeper practical understanding
  • What It Covers: A more detailed workshop with examples, guided discussion, practical scenarios, Q&A, and readiness checklists.

Custom Institutional Program

  • Duration: 1 to 3 days or custom
  • Best For: Banks, regulators, public-sector bodies, enterprise teams
  • What It Covers: A tailored training program designed around the organisation's objectives, department needs, employee levels, and sector exposure.
How Workshops Are Delivered

  • In-person sessions for teams that prefer classroom-style delivery, group discussion, and direct interaction.
  • Live online sessions for distributed teams, regional offices, or remote participants.
  • Hybrid delivery for organisations that want some participants in the room and others joining online.
  • Custom agenda design based on the audience level, sector, and learning objectives.
Before, During, and After

Before delivery, RMBT Work reviews the audience profile, preferred topics, expected level, and desired outcomes. During the session, learners receive clear explanations, practical examples, guided discussion, and time for questions. Where agreed, follow-up notes, checklists, or recordings may be provided depending on the workshop arrangement and consent.
