Refund & Cancellation Policy

Practical rules for workshop cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
RMBT Work workshops are prepared around the audience profile, delivery format, trainer availability, agenda design, materials, and scheduling. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests are handled.
1. Manual Booking Process

Workshop bookings are handled manually. Submitting a website inquiry does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after RMBT Work and the client agree on the workshop details, commercial terms, date, format, and any required payment or written confirmation.
2. Client Cancellation More Than 14 Days Before the Workshop

If a client cancels more than 14 days before the scheduled workshop date, RMBT Work may provide a partial refund after deducting reasonable administration charges. Administration charges may include payment processing costs, coordination work, scheduling time, trainer preparation, customisation work, venue-related commitments, and other costs already incurred.
3. Client Cancellation Within 14 Days of the Workshop

If a client cancels within 14 days of the scheduled workshop date, no refund will be provided. This is because trainer time, preparation, delivery planning, materials, and logistics are usually already committed by that stage.
4. Rescheduling

RMBT Work may allow clients to reschedule instead of cancelling, subject to trainer availability, delivery format, venue or platform arrangements, and the amount of notice provided. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Additional charges may apply if costs have already been incurred or if the new scope is materially different.
5. No-Shows and Late Attendance

If participants do not attend, join late, leave early, or fail to participate after a workshop has started, the workshop fee remains payable and no refund will be provided. RMBT Work may, where practical, share agreed materials or follow-up notes depending on the workshop arrangement.
6. Custom Institutional Programs

Custom institutional programs may involve additional planning, research, tailoring, agenda design, trainer preparation, and coordination. Refunds or cancellations for custom programs may be subject to separate written terms agreed with the client.
7. Cancellation or Change by RMBT Work

If RMBT Work needs to cancel or materially change a workshop due to trainer unavailability, technical issues, emergency, force majeure, or other unavoidable circumstances, RMBT Work will try to offer a suitable alternative date, replacement format, credit, or refund where appropriate.
8. How to Request a Cancellation or Reschedule

Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be sent in writing to info@rmbt.work with the organisation name, contact person, scheduled workshop date, and reason for the request.
